The interest form

When you send the interest form, we collect your first name, last name and email, your business if you add one, and your answer to “What would you put Serenade to work on?” We also note when you sent it.

We use these details to follow up about your interest in Serenade and to send occasional updates.

Your details are stored in a private Supabase database in the United States. Only our server function adds entries to it, and it is not publicly readable.

If you send the form again with the same email, we keep your first entry. To change it, email us.

Hosting

Netlify hosts the site and runs the server function behind the form. It processes your IP address (the address of your internet connection) and the details of each request your browser sends, to deliver the site and keep it secure. For example, the form limits how often one IP address can send it.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, to see how people use the site. It records:

• pages viewed
• the site that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link
• clicks and how far you scroll
• video plays and how much you watch
• form steps, like starting and sending the form, but never what you type
• errors and how fast pages load

PostHog also records session replays, which rebuild a visit like a video of the page. Anything you type is masked in replays.

PostHog stores an identifier in a first-party cookie (a cookie that belongs to serenade.agency) and in your browser’s local storage, so it can tell when the same browser comes back. It uses your IP address to estimate your approximate location.

The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information or use it for advertising. There are no ad trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your interest details until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. Session replays are kept for 30 days, and other analytics data for up to about a year.

Your choices

To opt out of updates, or to ask to see, correct or delete your details, email info@serenade.agency.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
